Economic Update 2.0 – Event Valuation and Competitive Rebalance

This update marks the beginning of a new phase for The Classic Mu, focusing on economic rebalancing, event valuation, and fairer rewards. The community asked, and we listened.

Adjustments to the Conquest Mission

The reward for the Conquest Mission has been completely restructured. The previous system allowed abuse through mass creation of characters to take advantage of early resets, distorting the server’s progression.

Now:

• The rewards evolve progressively as the player reaches higher resets.
• Disposable characters created for quick item acquisition are avoided.
• The valorization of Battle Pass points remains proportional to the real difficulty of evolution.

Improvements to Battle Pass Mission Rewards

For all servers:

• Zen earned in Battle Pass quests was increased by 20%.
• Battle Pass points reward in missions was improved by 15%.

These adjustments further enhance the daily effort of those who actively participate in the progress system.

Event and Boss Rebalancing

Skeleton King

• TCA: from 15% to 30%
• TCA Fragment: added with 30%
• Old common items: from 85% to 40%

White Wizzard

• TCA: from 15% to 25%
• Ring of Wizard: from 5% to 15%
• TCA Fragment: added with 30%
• Old common items: from 80% to 30%

Rei da Arena

• TCA: from 10% to 25%
• TCA Fragment: added with 35%
• Other drops (e.g., King’s Ticket): from 90% to 40%

Phoenix of Darkness

• Box +5: 8 units
• TCA: 1 unit
• Talisman of Luck +0, +1, +2: 1 of each
• Boss Reward: level +2

Treasure Island

Wooden Chest

• Increase from 4 to 5 items per chest
• Added chance for TCA Fragment (45%)
• Old items: from 100% to 55%

Golden Chest

• Increase from 6 to 7 items per chest

“Box of Refining” Chest Review

Removed:

• Fortune Chest
• 1000 Battle Pass Points

Added:

• 50% chance of Jewel of Lucky +5 (with 7% chance to appear)
• 50% chance of TCA

Additionally, the exchange value was adjusted based on the equivalence of items and probability of acquisition.

Golden Monsters with TCA Fragment Chance

All Golden Monsters now have a 10% chance of dropping a TCA Fragment. This represents, on average, 1 fragment every 10 monsters defeated.

Luck Wheel

• Spin for Tickets has been improved with more items.
• Spin for WP also received balance improvements.

Private Buff Arenas for Guilds

For guilds to prepare their strategies with more privacy, dedicated buff areas have been added to strategic maps.

New Loren Market Organization

The city of Loren Market is now divided into specific sales areas for each type of transaction, aimed at:

• Reducing visual pollution.
• Improving map performance.
• Facilitating store location by type.

Organization:

• Area where store opening is prohibited: Prohibited Area
• New minimap with all locations: Sales Locations

Soon, an extension of these areas with improvements in the overall minimap will be released.

Other Technical Improvements

• PK chat color has been changed for better visibility.
• News button has been temporarily removed from the client.
• NPC location markers have been added in Loren Market.
• Unicorn to Skeleton exchange NPC has been temporarily removed.
• Anti-Cheat tool update for the server.
• Losttower 7 map has been completely rebuilt and optimized, eliminating lag that occurred in certain areas.
